Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy, Notice, and Takedown Procedure

At Broboticx India, we are committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Our policy is to respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the procedures outlined below.

DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement

To file a notice of infringement with Broboticx India, you must provide a written communication that includes the following information:

1. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
2. A statement indicating that you are the copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
3. Clear identification of the copyrighted material claimed to be infringed, including sufficient detail to locate the material on Broboticx India.
4. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Broboticx India to locate the material.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
7. Your signature.

Counter Notification

If your content has been removed or access has been disabled due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter notification. Your counter notification must include the following information:

1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
2. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
3. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address.
4. A statement accepting service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the affected material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
6. Your signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter notification, Broboticx India will promptly provide a copy to the original complainant and inform them that the removed material may be replaced or access restored in 10 business days. Replacement or access restoration will occur within 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant provides notice of court action.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, Broboticx India may, under appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of contributors who are repeat infringers.
